Terms and Conditions – Holland Ridge BNB

  1. Definitions:

    • “Property”: Refers to Holland Ridge BNB located in Martha Brae, Trelawny, Jamaica.
    • “Guest”: Refers to the person booking and/or staying at the Property.
    • “Booking”: Refers to the reservation made by the Guest for a specific period.

  2. Booking & Payment:

    • Full payment is required upon booking.
    • The Guest must provide valid ID upon check-in.

  3. Occupancy:

    • Only registered Guests are allowed to stay overnight.
    • The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

  4. Conduct & Damages:

    • Guests are expected to respect the Property and neighbors.
    • Any damage to the Property will be charged to the Guest.

  5. Pets & Smoking:

    • No pets allowed unless otherwise agreed.
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the Property.

Privacy Policy – Holland Ridge BNB

  1. Collection of Information:

    • We collect personal information, like name, address, and payment details, necessary for booking purposes.

  2. Use of Information:

    • Your information is used solely for the purpose of completing your booking and ensuring your stay is comfortable.

  3. Sharing of Information:

    • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

  4. Security:

    • We take reasonable precautions to secure your personal information.

Cancellation Policy – Holland Ridge BNB

  1. General Policy:

    • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund.
    • If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your booking fee.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in will not be refunded.

  2. Force Majeure:

    • If Holland Ridge BNB becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), we will attempt to offer an alternative date or location. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
